Lately I’ve been avoiding the outside. I live in the woods, and my neighbors like to hunt. So many gun shots…I feel like I should crawl when I walk my dog. I made this entry in my art journal to show the hunted feeling I’ve had this autumn. The colors are a bit much (I tend to go overboard until it looks like a rainbow) and I’ll probably darken it up.

I think you need to wear a vest in the colours of your journal page, and one for the dog, when you go out for a walk! 🙂

Thanks! I drew the outlines but I am thinking of creating some stencils of the birds and deer.
I LOVE the vibrant colors-but they do contrast with the dark subject. I’d be afraid to go out during hunting season!
